Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! I can’t understand them hanging you out to dry.

You state this like its fact.Sounds like the typical car dealer to me. Hard to find one with integrity.
They absolutely knew they sanded and buffed the truck before they sent it, figured once they get payment and documents signed it’s out of their hands and a ford warranty issue
Last truck I purchased I almost felt bad being a dick up front. But it’s such a sleazy business I wanted to set the expectations from the start.
Some could say your biased, because you had a positive experience with Geanger on your purchase. You even talk as you are friends with them and “Granger would make it right” and “Zach has failed”.You state this like its fact.
The OP bought the truck and had it delivered after signing all the paper work. I'm sure that if you brought it back to Granger they would make it right. Trying to do something like this remote, thru two separate businesses is not an easy thing.
There can always be more communication, and for that Zach has failed, especially as an owner. Say exactly what you will do then follow thru.

Good news and bad news. So sorry you are still dealing with this. The truck is painted, but there’s a trim piece that’s been on national back order that they’re waiting for.
I picked it up today and found a few small things that I need to talk to them about. There’s a run in the clearcoat below a door handle, a spot on the rear driver door that needs some attention, and some door weatherstripping missing retainers. How does the paint job look?
Dealerships that sell way under MSRP are usually best to avoid since each customer is just another sale and nothing more to them. They are pushing maximum volume for profit and you mean nothing to them after the sale.Granger Ford needs to step up. Zach is here daily posting about their great warranties, but seems to be leaving you in the dark.
I got my truck from Grainger about 2 weeks ago.Dealerships that sell way under MSRP are usually best to avoid since each customer is just another sale and nothing more to them. They are pushing maximum volume for profit and you mean nothing to them after the sale.
They stated in another post that they revamped their inspection process after my issues occurred .I got my truck from Grainger about 2 weeks ago.
That was not my experience.
They picked me up at the airport at 9 am, drove to the dealership. Went all over the outside and inside. Pointed out a spec of red that was in the clearcoat on my spacewhite. Offered to fix it if I could leave it, but chose to drive home. They documented everything in a file for me warranty at home. Have not done that yet.
Went thru the features of the truck and did not rush at all. I was overall happy with the experience. Not thrilled with having to deal with a warranty paint item, but it is nothing like the OP.
You mean started an inspection process, right? They stated in another post that they revamped their inspection process after my issues occurred .
