2023 rough idle & ticking 3.5L King Ranch

My 2023 Ford King Ranch with the 3.5 L twin turbo is starting to have a rough idle and ticking sound at 71,000 miles. I was assured that they had the cam phaser problem solved when I bought this one but not so sure. Any ideas?

Hard to say what the issue is without a video.

The 3.5L has always had some amount of ticking under the hood due to the direct injection and isn't glassy smooth when it idles. My 2011 ticked like crazy from the fuel regulator and wasn't rough idling, but the passenger seat would vibrate like crazy when idle. My 2024 is much smoother overall but still makes normal direct injection ticks when the hood is up.
