How can a ~7% bump in mass yield a 50% bump in GVWR? F150s run out of cooling before they run out of anything else. I ignore GVWR and just keep the axle around where its rated. Even towing across the country back and forth I'd just worry about keeping the rear axle at 4200 or below.

Moves CG forward, changes the frequency of the suspension, prevents bump stop contact, etc... May seem counterintuitive to some, but they're not looking close enough.

When I got mine, the passenger side front was flipped up and slightly bent the plastic front retention thing. Almost as if they had to access something at the fog light at the factory and just left it. Had to use a heat gun to get it back to where it belongs (the plastic thing, not the liner).

Very odd the brackets didn't come with the calipers. Inspect the pistons carefully, if a wheel/rotor did end up broken, it could have tweaked the rotor in the calipers and caused damage to the pistons and/or bores.

That's the BECM complaining, it's located inside of the HV battery. We've only seen 2 of them fail around here.
