I submitted my rental receipt last Friday while standing at Hertz and the customer service rep finally responded to my email last night. Hertz had to break my rental up into two contracts because of the length of time that I had the rental. Hertz email was asking me to provide a single receipt showing all days and the total price. She already knew that it was separate contracts, because I provided the first receipt nearly a month ago. She hasn’t responded or called me back.How has everything been going with reimbursement etc?
I also asked about compensation for paying the truck payment while it sat in a body shop for three months. The blue cruise and SiriusXM expired while it was there too. She didn’t address that portion of my email…
