2024 Ford F150 Pro access tailgate issues

3-months in with mine. Haven't gone offroad so can't address that but, I have learned to close it slowly. It bounces a lot if it's closed quickly.

Panel gaps on Chevy’s are crap too. I have a C8 vette and the fender gap is way off on one side. A lot of people have had issues with it. The headlights for so tight that they can the paint to chip. Once you take it to a dealership to have them adjusted along with the fenders it could be way off. The headlights on mine don’t rub so I left it alone.

Those gaps are massive bro. It's a $60k to $80k+ VEHICLE - it should have panel fitment equal to a Mercedes. Especially with today's manufacturing vision systems and automation.

The bargain basement entry level $22k Maverick has better body panel fitment than an $85k top of the line F-150. Pathetic.

I’ve taken mine several times off road, didn't hear any rattles. Yes, I hear a rattle when I shut it, but not more then I used to hear on older standard tailgates. And I very much appreciate the utility of the PAT, use the swing gate every time I shop and put something in the bed

No issues here and i use the rear door a lot too.

No issues here as well. Not offload but a bunch of gravel roads. Love the PAT and use that feature everyday. I also have adjusted to shut is more slowly.
