power tailgate problems/issues?

My 2022 501a lariat tailgate (no power close or step) will not open with any of the buttons. I had a spray in liner installed 5 weeks ago. It did not work the day after, but worked for a few weeks after that. This past week it has not opened at all. I dread taking to the dealer to tell me that there is no issue.

Make sure they plugged it back in underneath.

Thanks. My rear camera and LED have worked the whole time. Ill try unplugging, then plug back in.

i read about issues with unplugging harness to install spray in liner, and of course i have issues.

There are three plugs under there for the tailgate. The led is its own plug. So just because its working doesnt mean the release is plugged in.

mine is intermittent if it will open with the fob. more than not , i have to use the switch on lower IP
if i unlock the truck, the button on the tailgate just makes the safety noise
then BOOM the key fob will work. i plan to have to have to have it looked at , during the oil change.
its starting to pisssss me off

Maybe it's like Tesla?

From what I have heard you have to pay a monthly fee for the heated/cooled seats to operate.

There is money to be made.
