ECU module programming guide using FDRS

Ford is trying to fix my messed up headlights and said the HCM was bad and replaced it but can't get the new one to program and ordered another one. Is having glare free lighting on the truck going to be a problem? I was going to remove it but it is already saved in the as built record so I left it alone. I changed the HCM last year and followed the service manual steps and had no issues programming the new one in FDRS which they say is bad.

My '23 had the APIM update today (after a GWM update and ACM update that I applied like a week or so ago). The APIM update worked fine via mongoose but when I copied files on the USB and plugged it into the truck it's saying charge only USB or something like that when I plug it in. Nothing every happens... I can try another USB drive, but this is the quality Sandisk one I just used to do the previous GWM a week or two ago. What gives lol

This is the sheet, but it's wrong. Both of my vehicles, 21 / 22 MYs are on the "23s" software (23237)

Has anyone had issues specifically related to using windows 11 with FDRS?, I updated about fifteen modules yesterday before being force logged out of FDRS midway through a module and now am unable to log in, I have 22 days remaining on my license and FDRS/HELM support are telling me I should have never been able to log in with windows 11, I'm getting a persistent error with backup camera/ braking assist now

Used Windows 11 virgin install twice this year with FDRS without any issues at all. Didn't need any compatibility mode either.

Are you using a Mongoose cable or one of the cheap options that will break your truck?

mongoose cable here, I'm in the process of a fresh install, my 21 truck was stuck on all of the original versions of everything and required several updates of almost every module, I nearly completed everything without issue until the force log out occurred

Fresh install produces same error, If I run the network diagnostic I get a pass on everything but login server connection, I have verified that the firewall is not blocking anything, Tried both normal and admin mode and can log in to the Motorcraft sites directly, any ideas what else to try?

Post your log on screen...need to select the second choice....forgot what it is...your Ford.com log on screen should show up.

The Ford login screen populates, I input my information and hit login, I get the blue FDRS prompt then a red error about service unavailable

Last time I tried to connect... I was using xx.x.7 FDRS..... uninstalled it and loaded xx.x.6...worked for me.

Sometimes FDRS servers do go offline.
I can't remember if it is an icon at bottom or on the drop down menu that will tell you server status.
