Wow….. so if I buy the things to do the updates with my self is there a particular order you need to do the updates?

GWM, APIM, TCU and IPC in that order as they appear. Doing one of these will release another one of these in sequence as they are supposed to be installed. It's not difficult, IMO; but you are looking at 15-20 hours worth of module updates to be fully up to date. You don't need to be fully updated for BC to work, but if you're going to start, might as well finish.

Okay so you would do those 4 things then another 4 would appear is what I’m getting out of that?
Also is there a way you can see what they did update? Maybe they just did those 4 and didn’t go through it again after it refreshed?

No, one will appear at a time as you do them. But if you have more than one showing, that's the order you do them in.

All they did was some calibration procedures. The updated the PSCM and tried to update the IPMA but it failed to update and they left it as is.

PSCM and IPMA do affect BC, yes.

Okay. Can you message me a picture of what was done and what needs to be done. I called my dealership and they said everything went thru but of course it didn’t lol. If thats possible.

A picture should not be needed. Your BC not working is proof enough that they didn't do it.

Gotcha. Well they will get it back Next Monday so maybe they can do it right. If not guess I’ll have to break down and send the $600+ to do it my self

You can ignore me. And probably should.
But they aren't going to update your truck successfully. They might be really nice people, but they aren't vested in the necessary time and effort it's going to take to get your truck uptodate.

Oh I know man!!! What I’m hoping is they at least updates a few of them while I’m waiting to get everything in(laptop and mongoose). Dude called and said something about my windshield being tinted and I told him that shouldn’t matter about anything since the camera isn’t covered up.

My windshield is tinted and BC works fine. My front tint is very light, so not sure if having a very dark tint will affect BC performance. However, it will not prevent it from not working at all.

I tinted my entire windshield 20% and my copilot assist work just fine and that’s what I told the guy. I just hope they update a few of the modules where it will take some of the work load off of me. Cause I know you said I had about 15-20 hours of updating.

It's not a bad workload if you go through the effort to be comfortable.

Let FDRS/laptop do the "work", while you are sipping iced tea and using a second device for watching the game, or reading up on the forum, or.....
