They can do it manually. Does/did your truck get updates at one point or are you one of the trucks thats been on the same software from day one?So my 21' f150 (Canadian import) is in the group affected by the SSM (Ver 23031). I got the letter yesterday saying that the software update was available but clearly my truck isn't updating on its own. Luckily I've not had any issues w/ my backup camera, so really the only options is to take it into the dealer. But, is the dealer going to be able to service the recall, if it's not taking updates?
