That's like the 4th or 5th update to get you ready for updates...

They seriously need to get more descriptive with their release notes. The current ones are absolutely horrible, just painfully vague.

LOL, You just don't understand "Ford speak" yet, they have a great way of saying nothing and making you feel good about it.

"These updates are future proofing your truck so that future updates will be able install more easily, thus updates like these updates, make your F-150 a better truck more capable of handling more complicated updates to the updating system. So enjoy your new updates!"

If you're BC is giving you the ping-pong effect, you need to have an IPMA calibration done to your truck. You can do it with FORscan.

Apologies to bring this back from the dead, but in FORscan looks like I have 5 different IPMA calibration procedures... any idea which one I should run to improve the ping-pong effect?

Honestly, I do not know. I did mine with FDRS, but I know it can be done with FORscan. I would post a screenshot of what you see on the FORscan thread so someone with more knowledge can point you in the right direction.

Finally received 4.3.5 today after getting 4.3.3 back on 6/22.

My 2021 XLT went from 4.2.4 in April to 4.3.5 on Tuesday. I don't see any updates between those.

This afternoon it tried to install 22-PU1009-PPO-SI but it failed for some reason (probably low battery).

Same update here, failed several times. I checked and I had a DTC after each failure, UO146. Cleared it and tried again. My battery is brand new and sitting at 83+ SOC, higher earlier after a drive.

Has anyone got 4.3.5 on a 21 truck lately? I got 2 updates in a row to take me to 4.3.3 but it's crickets now. Just curious if they pulled it.

I got mine about 2 days ago.

I received 4.3.5 today. Last update was 4.3.3 on June 22nd. 2021 job 1 truck.

Same update here, failed several times. I checked and I had a DTC after each failure, UO146. Cleared it and tried again. My battery is brand new and sitting at 83+ SOC, higher earlier after a drive.

Try resetting the BMS. It failed due to low SOC according to PTS. May be a good idea to put the truck on a charger while it installs if it continues to fail.
