I totally agree, I ran up updates a year ago and BC 1.4 is awesome. Now if Ford would expand BlueCruise to more vehicles.

Hey, thanks for sharing!!!! For me, when they start to go snap, crackle, and pop, I turn on my driver's massaging seats, and the snap/crackle/pop goes away on the passenger side headrest speakers. I got to hand it to FORD for a Quality if Job 1. LOL

If you used a credit card, contact your card issuer and dispute the charges. They might be able to help. I had a similar issue once, and they refunded me the amount that the vendor did not. Just an idea.

What fuses for Power and Accesory did you use?

The Dongar attachment for your mirror is a great option if your dashcam can utilize USB-A. I bought it and couldn't use it as my dashcam required more power than what a USB-A can provide. Double check with the vendor before buying, just an FYI.

I had that happen when I got my truck. In my case, it was the ACM, which was replaced.
