Got it this afternoon as well.

The last 3.5.3 campaign failed last week on my truck for the second time. I jumped in it today and to my surprise, noticed the update icon, and 3.5.3 was installed! Not sure why it suddenly updated and fixed itself today, but I'm happy it finally updated!

Same boat here. Plenty of driving in good cell service areas over the last few weeks, fully charged battery, still showing pending, but I assume that 3.5.3 messaging will disappear tonight with the failure of the campaign, yet again.

Have the TSB handy? Same boat, stuck on 3.5.2 since Sept. Got an appointment coming up in a few weeks for an oil change and to look at the battery that continually puts the truck into deep mode hours after driving.

I'll report back if it changes. I also, have not had any other issues with OTA updates on this truck (even the big one over the summer). They have always applied flawlessly.

Same issue here. Stuck at the artifact_retrieval_in_progress since January 26th. Have charged battery between trips, driven close to 15 hours between errands and picking up kids. I did notice the FordPass app did display the update notes from 3.5.2 though that was installed on 10/5 as of this...

Same issue on my truck.

Check to see if you have water/mold/mildew under your carpet on the passenger side front well area. I had an ac component that broke and leaked into the cabin.
