I broke FordPass this morning

I guess I broke it this morning somehow.

I went to use Iphone to start truck to warm up and Fordpass would not connect to truck to start and all truck info is gone from second screen... it doesn't even give any options on second screen. Tried to remove/ reinstall app, but now it doesn't recognize my login info. Tried to get Ford to send reset email, but so far after 1 hr, no email.

Might not be you. Ford web Dashboard is down too.

It is down. They pushed a notification in the app. Same happened to me. They are working on it

I notice that mine took a loooong time to start via app this morning.

It was intermittent for me using the app on my phone. When I was purchasing my ESP & Maintenance plans from Zeigler she was having trouble accessing the Ford systems as well.

My app was down this mornign too. I also tried logging in to the Ford website to get a refund on my Lightening deposit and it just spins its wheels. I guess they broke the entire Ford network when they pushed the Lightening B&P live.

Ford.com vehicle dashboard is also broken. It tries to load then get an access denied.

Mine was broke this morning too...had to go out old style and start it.
