I am new to the forum thing and it has been a great help and wealth of knowledge!
I bought a high trim XLT and added Raptor projector headlights (because I wanted amber DRL) with HCM and did a Raptor cluster swap ( did not realize Raptor cluster was different at the time) added rain sensor, katzkin leather seats etc. It has been fun, however next time I will just buy a platinum and call it done lol.

I LOVE what you have done!

I'm just saying that those decisions actually have a higher co$t than the acquisition price of the parts themselves.
And I think you are simply acknowledging the same.

You can have exactly what you want.
You just gotta know how to dodge and weave your way around Ford's OTA automation.

Just finished clearing out all of the updates for my '21 in FDRS. IPC didn't show until I updated TCU.

All of those are popular mods and great ideas. Sucks about the hang up with Raptor cluster. Never saw that posted before on here but I bought a Lariat this time around with all the stuff so haven't dived into gauge cluster swaps. I did replace perfectly good OEM high trim headlights and taillights because I hated the chrome. I understand the mod bug well.

Head lights and taillights are as build changes and aren’t an issue. It’s only when you start digging into modules that it can be. You have to be very mindful and careful about what version and part you install. A normal digital cluster will work fine as long as it’s the correct software for the truck in terms of a truck that would come with it stock

Have you checked to see whether you have another BCM update waiting for you? I thought the newest BCM update for ‘21s wasn’t posted to FDRS until Wednesday.

I'm curious now as well. My buddies 21 I updated Monday had a BCM update then from way back (-AAJ) and got that done no problem and then nothing new popped up after. Now I see it has a new BCM update as of right now it must have got this week. He has quad LEDs so will wait to hear how it goes for others first.

We should start a betting pool of when/if we'll ever see it in F150s. Juuust when they're ready to push it out, they'll hold off to wait to push BC1.5, and then 1.6, or just wait until 2.0 is baked enough to roll out...

Got my IPC updated just fine this afternoon. This will be much nicer as this is the update I've been waiting for to better see what predictive speed assist is actually doing. As you can see it shows a different style speed limit sign as it slows down to that speed. Haven't tried any turns yet but I would image it will be the image Jesse shared the other day with the turning sign.
