The DRL voltage is PWM so it will vary off brightness. Since you have a 21, 100% chance the DRL has just failed, so just get a new fog light. Or take the one off the other side, and plug it in here just to check.

Update here, went back to FDRS 45.6.8 and that seemed to solve my issue, updating now with no issue. So must be something up with 46.5.6 in my case at least.

Are you trying to totally nuke the seat belt pop up at start up? If so under IPC and easy changes, for the driver seat position, change it to none/no seat. Only way I've found. You'll get a silent CEL in the ICP for generator mismatch but will live with that for never seeing the seat belt pop up...
