It's still in the middle but I think the message was different before and the truck did not appear in the top right corner. Before the message was some legal warning, I forget the exact wording.

Yes I am having the same issue, I also lost the button to change the views.

Yeah noticed that too but I noticed you can get it back when you are stopped, press the camera button to change camera view out from the rear then the other options are available again.

That’s a good idea. The chaining of updates really makes selective programming to avoid the modules the Nano can’t handle an impractical and unsound strategy. See the discussion around Posts 2524 and 3296. You are far better off ponying up for the Mongoose. One unexpected module the Nano can’t handle chained to another you wanted to update and you’ll be buying a Mongoose anyway.

Yes exactly. The message seems like it’s a conflict with a forscan change with the latest APIM update? Haven’t made anything wild other than the popular ones mentioned.

No. All of the 2022 have the same message. The 2021 are the only ones that had the "Please check surroundings for safety" in the middle.

Its not in the middle anymore? I havent checked the rear cam. That was in the middle of the screen previously

I think the black banner is their for privacy issues.... if you turn it on at a stop light, it covers the faces of people behind you...

My issue getting the same error was because I was on WiFi. The minute I hard lined it downloaded without issue.

I tried it with the 22228 version on my '21 Job 1 Truck and it works! I guess it's for the Lightning.

I have this issue as well. I previously had to use the forscan edits after 2.8.3 to get cameras at speed. Perhaps this is a conflict with that? I enabled the cams in motion as well as the rockcrawl front cams.

As of right now my cameras in motion are stuck on the one rear view and the buttons to switch to bed or hitch view are missing completely. When I turn the camera off it warns me that some features have been disabled in motion but that warning goes away quickly.

Would someone be able to pull up my vehicle log in FDRS and take a screenshot of the activity over the last couple days?

Dealership is saying an OTA came trough on the 12th (I got notification in my app,now Have lights & horn through FordPass) and that my system is now fully up to date. I would obviously be SHOCKED if that were the case, I’d love to have the logs to see exactly what, if anything, they tried to do for when I pick the truck up.

Your OTA dashboard says you got 2.1.1 yesterday....that is true. Vehicle history does not show they even connected the truck to FDRS yesterday or today. I don't have FDRS to provide you with a list of modules needing an update, but I am sure the list is long if you are only getting 2.1.1 now. The good news is, you've gotten two OTA's in 9 days, so your truck is getting some love from the OTA gods.
