It will pair just fine after you make the appropriate changes in FORScan Yes, you will either need an adapter harness or rewire your existing harness to make the LED-P headlamps work properly. You will not get the auto height adjustment with out the ride height sensors though

Even if you tried to just "plug and play" it wouldn't work. There is still some wiring you have to do to get the turn signals to work, and you have to re-wire the harness as well. Once you get the turn signals working with minimal wiring, you still will only have low beams. The HCM is required...

What I see happen wayyyyyyyyy too often on here is that people will load an old profile when making forscan changes instead of searching for all the modules again.

There’s a few threads on here that have all of the necessary forscan changes to ensure the projector headlamps function correctly. Verify your values based on those tables. If they don’t match, you can investigate why

Dealers don’t have access to forscan, or at least from what I understand they don’t. If I were you, I’d learn how to dive into forscan. It’s pretty easy and free (minus the cable to connect to the truck)

Did you also program the HCM properly? It’s highly unlikely you’d be able to drop it in and it would have the correct as builts

Everything flexes/deflects when a force is applied. Sometimes it is detectable and sometimes it is not. Unless you're getting permanent deformation, I wouldn't bother with adding another support.
