Not OTA notice for me yet and checked by starting the truck and manually checking for an update just now. Would someone please check if anything wrong and just need to be patient for OTA to arrive... 1FTFX1E8XMKE93061

You're only missing 3.5.2 and 3.5.3 that apparently just started rolling out while I was away from forum a few days. You've been getting updated regularly as of late, so you're good to go. No OTA pending in your queue right now, but you got updates sent out to you late last month, so no need for concern. You should be getting more updates soon.

I'm trying to figure out if I'm really broken and need to open a case with the OTA team. Seems like 21 J1 trucks are getting things pushed but I haven't seen an OTA is almost a year now...

PTS only shows the last 60 days of activity, and you have no activity in the last 60 days. You do indeed have an early build job 1 truck......when was the last time you remember having anything sent to you OTA?

Anyone have a complete failure to get the mongoose to connect?

It seems that the Mongoose is the preferred cable for these updates, but what is the general consensus of the VCX Nano? Obviously a much more cost friendly option. I have read about the potential for bricking certain modules or having other issues, but it seems as long as you follow the instructions, the VCX will work just fine.

Anyone have any input?

I have read SEVERAL pages of this thread, starting from the beginning, but I haven't seen or found any real differentiation between the two devices aside from cost and a little bit of procedure.

This is why I asked here and seeing the screenshots from PTS. The last OTA was 1.7.1, almost a year ago. Took me a month of running around with a USB plugged into to get beyond 1.7.1.

yEAH WELL WHAT THEY GUYS IN THIS THREAD DID WAS UPDATE TO THE FIULLY AT THAT TIME. tHEN otaS ROLLED THORUGH. eITHER WAY You NED TO UPDATE THAT becm .. iT ISNT REALLY SOMETHING YOU WANT OT WAIT ON YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THE GATEWAY AND APIM IF YOU WANT TO SEE THEM COME THROUGH.

Man my previous question got completely steam rolled... any opinions or meaningful differences between the VCX and the Mongoose?
