Seems that way if the Mach E version is the same sync version as ours.So Ford went with the nuclear option and updated everything at once. Guess we wait and see if that syncs up the versions across years (again).

I'd have to check the VIN of someone that got it to confirm, but I would assume so.23291 appears to have fixed the problem of the previous APIM update failing to report Sync version information to the Ford servers. I can once again see the Sync version on Ford.com. @rugedraw, I expect reporting to PTS has also been restored.
With the download speed off of Ford's servers, I'd prefer if they just sent it to me. LolThis update is over 5GB - for those with FDRS, I would definitely do a USB update instead of an OTA update!
