HVAC update popped up. Knocking it out now. Look at that new H7 doing work. 12.5v on its own merit.

Welcome to the forum. This is definitely a Jesse issue and goes beyond my scope of knowledge. Allow him some time to respond. If anyone can fix it, he can.Good Morning, I'm new to this forum and believe I'm in the right spot to help sort out some update issues. I bought a 2021 Ford Raptor in January of this year, it only had 100 miles on it. I believe it was just sitting at the factory all this time as the carfax reports showed it was first sold(registered and sent to auction) with only 10 miles on the odometer in November of 2023. Truck has been amazing, however I've noticed quite a few minor annoyances with carplay, the cameras, etc. which I brought up to my dealer, but my dealer just said they can't replicate the issues and said my vehicle was up to date. After reading so much on these forums, I realized the dealer just doesn't want to spend the time updating... so with the help of this thread, I purchased the Mongoose and FDRS and proceeded to start updating yesterday. I definitely know something is not correct, but not sure what the issue is. My truck has a build date of 4/25/2021 - I only had about 10 updates to install yesterday which I completed in about 2 hours. Problem is many of my modules appear to have some errors and my Sync version is still at 21059 rev 61. The SW page in FDRS doesn't show any more updates for me. @rugedraw & @Jesse-Infotainment - you guys seem to be the resident experts here - any chance you can give me some advice on how to get the rest of the updates I believe I'm supposed to have? I fully expected to spend 15 hours or more on updates. I really appreciate any help you could provide!
btw @Jesse-Infotainment , its cool to see how many manufacturers of vehicles you are involved in - I bought a apple carplay upgrade kit for a 2015 GMC Yukon quite a few years ago off your website; that did work out perfectly for me - so thanks!! haha.

I'm doing the same thing. trying to login with non-dealer ETIS. I dont see non-dealer motorcraft. Looking for what to select. any help would be greatly appreciated! paid for the license and the minutes are ticking byI got it figured out. Totally a newbie user error. I was trying to put my credentials under non-dealer ETIS instead of the correct one. I didn’t see non-dealer motorcraft so I assumed.
Close out the program and restart. Once you restart select the second option “Non-dealer something”. It should take you to the Ford website for sign in.I'm doing the same thing. trying to login with non-dealer ETIS. I dont see non-dealer motorcraft. Good luck!Thx! That worked and I'm up and running!
Thank you, looking forward to getting things updated! Maybe you can answer a general question about the SW updates… in FDRS, the history of the vehicle starts in November 2023, and there were only around 15-20 date logs since then. I was able to see the updates I did yesterday when I fired up FDRS this morning. I also had a new SW update appear today for HVAC so I completed that today. Is it possible now that I’ve started installing these updates manually that new SW updates are going to slowly trickle in over time that I’ll need to continue? I guess what I’m trying to say is if I do an update, does it take time for the mothership to recognize I have an update and then it will kick out the next sequence of updates; and I will just have to constantly monitor FDRS until I eventually get all my updates installed?Welcome to the forum. The only time something will show in vehicle history is if somebody pulls up your truck in PTS or does anything with FDRS.Thank you, looking forward to getting things updated! I've never had to double tap the dash or tailgate to release mine. Only double click is the key fob. In FDRS there is a routine you can run that forces double tap on the dash. It has to do with the unintentionall tailgate opening thing. Mines never opened so I didn't do it.@rugedraw I just noticed that I no longer need to double press my tailgate release. That is both in the truck and on the tailgate. Have you heard this happening?
