I’ve received the little bell icon notification saying a software update is going to be installed at the scheduled time a few times this week but no confirmation that anything has been installed. Can you let me know if I have anything pending?
Close out the program and restart. Once you restart select the second option “Non-dealer something”. It should take you to the Ford website for sign in.
I agree with both of you. Jesse has been awesome and more than helpful. As I learn more about this system, there was no way the dealer would have figured this out. The truck would’ve sat for weeks with no progress. Shout out to @Jesse-Infotainment! You are the man.
Well I got all of the updates that were available completed but still no blue cruise. I am talking to Jesse but thought I would ask the group to see if anyone has any ideas. The hours are ticking on my two day license.
I got it figured out. Totally a newbie user error. I was trying to put my credentials under non-dealer ETIS instead of the correct one. I didn’t see non-dealer motorcraft so I assumed.
Anyone else having issues logging into FDRS? Haven’t been able to get since yesterday evening. Trying to figure out if it’s me problem or if their servers are down.
