update
i got the right screen in the camera toggle
turn signal camera view does come on with trailer connected.
i still need to see if the turn signal cameras work without the trailer
i also did the apim wrench reset
and re calibrated gilbert for pro trailer assist
i will say, they must have tweaked the back up assist
as this time it got me to 98% of where i needed the trailer to be in the side yard
normally i can get it in the driveway, but have to hook up front hitch to get around the carport and tucked in.
this time i got it past carport , and almost home and ran out of steering . which is fantastic over previous. so then i put front hitch on and moved trailer to final spot
last 2 are how it has to be parked, but these are not from today

@FirstFord It adds a button for that view.
You get a new soft button in addition the the existing rear view. So, yes you can switch between the two views.
Thanks. Based on the above, I went ahead and tried to implement the change, but no joy. Like @DK4 , I got the soft button, but nothing happens. It should be noted that I only activated rockcrawl mode in rear view. Was this an error? Should I had activated in front as well???

So you DID get a soft button on your screen for 50/50 that wasn't there before? (I understand that the mod didn't work for you in your case, but I am trying to confirm that I can switch back and forth before making the mod.)
Sorry late to the party here. Looks like you are way past this question now lol.

Following for more info myself.

Only works with 2023 trucks or 21/22 updated with latest IPMA update via FDRS. The update will eventually be available to us all whenever they push it OTA.

From personal experience I can confirm it works with the 21s and that it only works after the IPMA update, currently only available with FDRS.

So this latest update is eventually heading for an OTA update? My last Powerup update was 6.8; how will I know that an update has loaded with this latest IPMA update?

No idea. It will be after 6.13.0
FDRS updates eventually do go out OTA.
It will probably be 7.x is my guess for the IPMA update. Keep eyes on the OTA thread and Rugedraw should have it on spreadsheet when it gets sent out.

I'm waiting for it too. Only because I'm not giving Ford $50 for FDRS right now.

Remind me again Boatr, you got the IPMA update at your dealer recently when dealing with your battery issues, right?
YES sir
from what i gather... the test to check the Battery management system required the tech to use the ford stuff and it was the latest for 23 ad 24 f series... and boom i get the new ipma update as it had to update to be able to run the test??? aint life grand
i was trying earlier to get them to download some ipma software from a 23 or 24 super duty...
so this was very cool
my dealer is pretty user friendly and try to go that mile for you
plus both service supervisors are truck guys
they like forscan etc
i like to think that helped a bit
