I look at these HVAC controls and say meh, I don’t neeeeed them. And then I keep reading these threads and I’m like, well, what could it hurt. Right now I’m almost to the crack open the wallet phase.
I was like that also and thought I don't need them so why bother. But, I went ahead and bit the bullet and installed and now that I have them I don't want to go back. In my opinion they just add something to the truck making it look more refined than it was.

Well I was like you, but for $107, I figured what the hell. Installed the module on Sunday, changed the settings of sync to remove the temps at the top of the screen. I like it, sync screen is cleaner with just the external temp on the top status bar now. It's not life changing, but I like it.
Interesting but I think I like them in both places.

Plus it's fun to do and I have a new Bronco and for '23 they have brought them back so I wanted both vehicles to work the same way.
Hmmmmm, I have the cup holders and ambient lighting… crap. I’m nearly convinced.

Stahp!!! You’re not helping my wallet here. In all seriousness, I bought a tremor because of the little things. And this falls into the grey area.
Many of us bought the HVAC module for 3 to 4 times the price people are getting it for now. Consider yourself lucky, or timely maybe

Here's one I only recently (15K miles and a year later) noticed...

The Regular Cab Short Bed has NO DOME LIGHT!

Just "Map" lights which are great IF YOU'RE READING A FRIGGIN "MAP"!

WTF?

Has anyone out there EVER seen a Pickup Truck with NO Dome Light?

I mean... really.

Ford makes it painfully obvious that they HATE building the RCSB which is why you don't see many out there... and there are A LOT of options we sacrifice by ordering one but a "Dome Light"?

Wow, even though I love mine I would have never considered them for that high a price!

Looks good, I love the look in mine now, I can't understand why anyone would not want them now that it is so cheap!
At $300 I wasn't interested; $200 I was on the fence but ultimately passed on a few; $100 was the sweet spot for me, if not for the novelty alone, but I'm finding it more handy/intuitive than I thought it'd be. I'll probably clean up the center screen by turning off the temp. display this weekend.

I'm the same way, at first I thought I don't need them but now I can't believe how much I like having them!

Lol yea I paid $350 for mine with shipping and tax. I’m usually REALLY good at finding good deals, and I think I have on everything else besides that one module.
