I installed the Husky ones. I think they will help reduce corrosion on the rear. But the main reason is for looks. My Lariat is Carbonized Gray with the Black package. I don’t want to see the gray box inside the wheel wells. With the linters, everying in the wheel wells is black - tires, rims and inside the well.
I decided against liners and went with a bedliner material. These liners are actually gonna trap dirt, ice, and salt, residue thus accelerating corrosion.

I went with the Ford liners, using points from the purchase of the truck. Installed because I think it looks better.

Rough Country were better than I had heard they were. Just needed a little trim on the passenger side if u have CCD shocks but Cleaned up the look in there which is pretty much what I wanted them for. Makes it easy to clean during a wash as well. Not bad for $99 when on sale

Liners for the looks. Husky for the price.

I think they are inconsistent. Some had luck, some didn't. One side was okay for me, one wasn't formed quite right and was slightly too narrow so it didn't reach the fender lip and rattled around.

I ripped mine out and bought the Ford ones, which fit perfectly.

I went with some fabric ones from amazon, similar to the front fabric. Basically for looks. Looks much better on a Avalanche color with BAP.

I installed them on mine just to fill in the huge gap between the box and the frame, extra protection from stones as well

Ford liners purchased with FordPass points. Mainly for looks, without them my truck being white the wheel wells looked like something was missing. Where I live if we have snow it is a one week at the most done and gone thing so no real worries about trapped road salt and such since none is applied to the roads.

I installed the Husky liners just after I got the truck 3 years ago. Only issue was slight rubbing on the passenger side shock that required a little trimming of the liner. Other than that they have been perfect.

Agreed: liners collect crud. On the other hand, my '16 Tundra has full liners from the factory. 9 winters in VT and 196K and nothing has rotted through at the liner attachment points...or anywhere else. But spray in would seem to eliminate any concern.

Husky liners here also, easy install, had to cut them slightly as I have Air bags, otherwise they fit perfectly and easy install.

I removed my husky liners as I wanted to move them from a 2016 to a 2019 f150. They had been through three northern Michigan winters. The fenders looked like brand new, and there was no signs that dirt or crud had built up behind them.
The Huskies have better coverage and cost half as much as OEM. I don’t consider either of those advantages to be trivial
