Installed a set of OEM fender liners this afternoon and the fit on the left side is poor at best. The left side has a 3/4 - 1" gap running all the way around between the inside fender lip and the liner. This creates a trap for mud and debris between the liner and the fender defeating much of the reason I installed these in the first place. The right side fit well.

I plan to replace these as soon as the set of Husky liners I ordered arrive.

The husky ones I put in my truck didn't fit well and needed to be trimmed. The best fitting ones that I've seen and have personally installed on my dad's identical truck to mine, is the rough country brand. Husky was sloppy.

This can happen on any brand. I first bought huskys and they were like that. The Ford ones fit better. You may be better off using a heat gun.

I have Husky's in my '17 KR and they fit perfect. Ordered a set of FORD, for our 2024 and they fit just fine.

I have the oem liners in my 25 f150 and they fit fine. As the users above said luck of the draw.

My ford ones fit great. I put them in the sun for a hour then installed them. Great fit.

I had the same problems with the Husky liners on my 2024. Sent the first ones back, reordered, and the second set was better but not perfect. The right side keeps popping out at one spot about 1/4 inch. They must get trimmed when they come out of the mold.

That is my thought as well since there seems to be a great deal of inconsistency in the fit regardless of brand.

They are all gonna trap dirt silk and debris.
I chose not to install them, bedliner material is what I chose

Update, the Husky liners fit worse than the OEM Ford liners, so back those went and reinstalled the Ford liners. Drove the last truck without liners for 11 years so decided to stop worrying about it.

When I first recieved the Ford ones for my 2023 it looked like someone trimmed them blindfolded. The quality was horrendous.

Once they were installed I forgot about it as the coverage seemed pretty good. I will transfer them to my new 2025 within the next couple weeks.

The husky liners I received stuck out about 1/4 inch in the driver's side.

Husky sent a new pair. Same problem.

A heat gun solved it.
