Wow, something doesn't seem right there, I still have the first 3 screens you mentioned in message center, but many many more after that.
You, could try deleting your phone in the truck, then clear fordpass cache and data, Uninstall and reinstall Fordpass and then reconnect to the truck.
Question, can you lock, unlock, and remote start from your Fordpass? Also scheduled start will send a notification to the message center after start, you could test this first.
Yep. I'd never tried it before but start, stop, lock, unlock, horn and headlights from fordpass all work. I knew the odometer, oil life and tire pressure worked so I don't think it is a communication issue.

Its just that IF I should have had updates by now, they aren't coming and no notices of update failures either.

As I said, the truck functions with no issues so ...

Yes, I was just looking at your profile and I see you have a 2023. There hasn't been many updates for those trucks yet. Not like my poor old 21, in fact your SYNC version is newer than I have. Lol ?

An interesting tidbit - I drive a Lightning and today received an email from Ford with a survey from the EAP program asking how I liked this update. To date I haven't received this update and searching the Lightning forum there are no reports of it over there at all. Glad to find it here and see what it's about. I was lost otherwise. It'll be interesting to see how much longer it is before one of us gets it.

It doesn't really seem like there is anything Early Access about it at all. Ford is confused.

It unifies the Sync version of all model year trucks to 23159......I believe the Lightnings, too. There is one member on the Lightning forum whose VIN I checked that recently had this APIM replaced. When the dealer PMI'd it, it gave him Sync 23159 and his is a 2022. I've been meaning to ask Jesse to look at his truck to check for any config issues because he has a lot of pending updates and maybe he isn't supposed to be on that SYnc version yet. I have to ask the member for permission to share his VIN with him.

I don't think it is being pushed to the Lightning trucks via OTA yet, but I can't say for sure. The sample size of VINs I have been able to get over there is very small.

Thanks for the info - yeah - not one report of it being installed on a Lightning. I just found it interesting that Ford wanted to poll me on what I thought of the release and I haven't received it. I'm in the EAP program, but there is nothing to say this is an EAP release, they just send surveys to ask about prior releases.

Happy to have you check mine if you like: 1FTVW1EV3NWG03253

I've got a service appointment on Thursday to have the enhanced battery check software installed. Interested to know what else I've got waiting. I'm going to try and get them to apply the update for the wireless phone charger because that one will never update via OTA. All of the others should eventually get installed in some fashion.

Your OTA history is clean.....lots of updates and all successful. Your Sync 23031 is synonymous with 2022-2023 ICE trucks.

Even so, the list of available updates for your truck is long......and there's an APIM update there. If I was a betting man, I'd say 23159 is coming to you guys, too.

Thanks for that. It drives me nuts Ford will improve and update modules and put them out there, but not download and apply them. It'll be interesting to se what gets applied with the APIM, if any others. It would be nice if it applied tomorrow before I see the tech on Thursday for the battery update.

Let us know how the dealer does with the enhanced battery check software. Apparently this could lead to replacement of the main battery in some cases.

It can and has already. At least one owner here in DFW, the updated software found the voltage variation and triggered the code on Friday. It was in the shop Monday morning. I'm using that same dealer for my update. Two other owners close to that dealer had it installed and they are clear so far.

I'll take a picture of FDRS after he installs. It shows the voltage and variations of each of the modules.

It's not showing in FDRS for my '21 yet.

Interesting. It is showing for mine.

I'm going to stop being lazy and ask Livornois to send me the updated files for my tune and just update my truck already.

I can pull mine later to compare. Are you on Sync 23031 now?
