New 2024 King Ranch Issues from Granger Ford

I've been very tempted to post this thread in Grangers threads just so people are aware...
The management team at Granger doesn’t care. They haven’t done anything to help me with the truck. They avoided me from the start and tried to blame it on the transport company that I hired to haul it. They say that they inspected the truck when they did the PDI, but that was a lie. If they had inspected it then would have found the paint issues, the damaged passenger front seat, the bolt hanging out of the wheel well rock guard, and the bolt laying in the bed of the truck. They could have helped me out and replaced the truck, but they chose not to do so. The other gentleman that had the same issues that I mentioned in this thread had his truck replaced by the dealership that he purchased it from. The GM from that dealership also offered to help me when Granger wouldn't. Worst buying experience ever!

That's exactly why I'm tempted to post this thread in their threads. Just to warn others to stay away. I'm sure it'd get buried and future posting would be harassment or something.

If they're a sponsor on a forum you might get some pushback. It pays to buy influence, it's a lot cheaper than fixing their truckups.

This is the most mind-boggling thing about all this. Granger has a huge reputation. Their reach expands into multiple forums/message boards. You would think they wouldn't want their rep tarnished...but instead, its like they played the card that their reputation is SOOOO damn good that hanging you out to dry Barry is no big deal to them. 99 out of 100 customers are happy as a clam but you're that 1 out of a 100 that has been taken to the cleaners with issues that they could care less about for them to just write it all off as not their damn problem.

This is exactly why I will not buy from Granger. I also went with Ziegler with code PAYINFULL.
For the record, I have ESP from Granger on my 2022 Powerboost. But wanted to spread it around a little, considering.

I’ve already chatted with TK’s Garage. They put the video on hold while the truck was getting repaired. I have his cell number, so I may be reaching out again.
I was told that a supervisor from Ford customer service would call me back last night, but they never did.

I contacted Ford customer service this evening and was informed by another rep that Granger has to process the rental refund request as an in-warranty rental reimbursement. This keeps getting worse…happy birthday to me…

I contacted Ford customer service this evening and was informed by another rep that Granger has to process the rental refund request as an in-warranty rental reimbursement. This keeps getting worse…happy birthday to me…
One begins to wonder what actual legal relief may be available to you at this point although that does bring a whole new set of complications.

It's time to talk to lawyers. Get all your paperwork in order including all communications with Ford and Granger.
