The management team at Granger doesn’t care. They haven’t done anything to help me with the truck. They avoided me from the start and tried to blame it on the transport company that I hired to haul it. They say that they inspected the truck when they did the PDI, but that was a lie. If they had inspected it then would have found the paint issues, the damaged passenger front seat, the bolt hanging out of the wheel well rock guard, and the bolt laying in the bed of the truck. They could have helped me out and replaced the truck, but they chose not to do so. The other gentleman that had the same issues that I mentioned in this thread had his truck replaced by the dealership that he purchased it from. The GM from that dealership also offered to help me when Granger wouldn't. Worst buying experience ever!I've been very tempted to post this thread in Grangers threads just so people are aware...
