I met with the owner and he’s going to have the issues fixed. I’m taking it back next month when I’m off work for a few days.

Jeez..this just keeps getting worse. So you’re out $5K for a rental car over having to have a brand new truck painted and nobody can get any sense of urgency about getting your rental refund. What a load of crap. Just one excuse after the other with this entire process. I guarantee you if it was the Grainger employees or the Customer Service Reps at Ford that were owed the $5K, they would be unhinged by now. This entire ordeal is completely ridiculous.

Everyone should call and discuss a warranty saying they're ready to move forward just as soon as they make BarryT and his KR in WV whole + a little extra for being cowards.

I still haven’t received a response from my Ford rep or a return call. I called them today and the lady that I spoke with told me that she’d sent my rep and her supervisor an email. I’m still waiting on my $5,100.40 too.
My rep previously told me that I could request reimbursement for payments, but the rep that I spoke with today stated that I can only get that if they don’t pay for a rental. The only compensation that they can offer is an extended warranty.

Ziegler also sells the Ford ESP for about the same price Granger does. I believe they were about $50 cheaper than granger when I was shopping for the ESP
