Your argument Is ridiculous, and you’ve already shown you know nothing about the process Granger advertises on purchase.

Granger allows themselves 7-10 days upon receipt of your truck from Ford to perform their pre delivery inspection, after which they work with customers to correct any outstanding items with the customer. That didn’t happen here; there isn’t any ambiguity about what Granger was entitled to do- they define it and they dropped the ball.

What in the world are you on about with your nonsense arguments as if you were the one who sold the truck to the OP?

In all fairness to the OP, most of this thread has been the rest of us trying to come to his defense. Are you really saying that given the EXACT circumstances (and not some buyer beware scenario that you created) you wouldn’t feel the same way? Surely you would?

Drama...yep its in this thread. i get it may annoy since you wouldnt put yourself in OP's situation but we all get that with the numerous post. no need to keep adding to the drama.

Anyway, i 100% agree with the end of the quoted message...Sucks his truck is fucked, Ford should fix it. Thats what a warranty is for. Will Granger fix it?! I hate to say it but if you make 99 easy peasy transactions then one goes bad, do you REALLY care about the one that goes bad?! probably not.

I do think this may tarnish their rep a bit. Thats on Granger to decide if at the end of the day.

Granger has had hundreds..if not thousands of problem free purchases from this and other forums. Plus folks that just hear about the deal buy and never post anything about it. And it's not just the great price. By every account I know about they have a very transparent process. In other words you don't get ripped off in the back room. No add on BS 'dealer fees' dealer group packs tint fabric protection or crap like that. There dealer fee was/is absolutely the lowest I have heard about.
Yep down here in Florida it's not that way.. Nobody bats a thousand but it appears they were before this customer.
