Do you get any vibrations above 65 MPH? Is your truck 4X4?

I have mine on the lowest settings with the airbags and the rear sway bar. It handles rock steady. That is the suspension setup that Shelby uses for the SuperSnake Sport.

No vibration with mine, I'm really happy with it. The ridetech kit is a solid kit and well designed. I saw to many posts of people trying to save money by going with ihc just to switch over to ridetech later so figured I'd just save the headache and start there.

The kit comes with four quality shocks with 24 settings for adjustment. They recommend starting in the middle with a setting of 12. That is where I started and haven’t felt a need to make an adjustment. The airbags give you plenty of room to raise the rear if you need to by just adding air.
I would recommend adding the rear swaybar that they designed for the kit. It really keeps the rear planted.

Bummer, I have the kit coming but I’m in Hinesville at the moment so too far away to recruit you lol.

@GOMR I think with the Maxtech shackle along with removing the axle block nets about 2.5” and I think there is a shackle the can get you to 3” with some trimming of the bottom of the bed.

Yes, I read up on them the 411420 is 2" and the other one (I forgot the P/N)is like 1.5. I found a set online and I'm impatiently waiting for them.

Today I had some time to remove the rear blocks and went from 41" to the top of the wheel well to 39.5" Right now the front is at 36.75" which will soon drop. I cut one coil of the springs on the test struts I got. Ill probably install them this week at one point. Im still waiting on the drop shackles to show up.

I took a heavy pallet and lowered it in the bed until the rear lost 2" and I like the fender gap of around 5.5". with the 285/40r24's that should bring that rear gap to around 4.7" Slightly more than I want but I can deal with that and keep the rear helper spring. Once I get the ride height where I want it, Ill get some front coil overs and UCA's. Probably change rear shocks and add a sway bar too.

Thanks for all the replies and I do like the way those 3/5 trucks look, its just too low for me where I live. Im onto the next fun filled venture with this truck with Forscan. Already made some changes that I am very happy with.

Only about a million times…LoL

It is currently set at 1.5° down per RideTech’s instructions. I have tried everything from 4° up pinion to 4° down pinion. Some make it worse, some make it better, but the vibration comes and goes while driving at highway speeds.

Figured but had to ask lol. I had issues with my last truck having a vibration that would come and go. I couldn't track it down and gave up. I eventually swapped wheels and tires before I sold it and the vibration went away, must have been an issue with one of the tires.

Funny thing I considered removing the block and the composite leaf also. But after installing the ford drop shackles I quickly realized I could never get it low enough to look right.

I just installed the Ridetech 3/5 kit on mine and I think it’s fine (not too low)I went to some take off F150 wheels that are 32.8” tall.

I've been debating between 2/4 and 3/5 I think I'll go with 3/5 after seeing yours.

How is the ride? I've heard Ride Tech is about the best but I've heard some say the rear shocks aren't great either.

Is there only 1 ride tech 3/5 kit? I'll need to look more into that kit but it seemed like it was $2700.

How is the ride? I've heard Ride Tech is the most comfortable but saw a Facebook post today someone was complaining about the rear shocks.
I just got my truck July 3rd and I'm pretty sure it has the Ford Performance shackles and it needs to be lowered!
But I'm concerned with the wheels that were put on it. Tires are Toyo Proxes STIII 305/45/22 and I'll have to crawl under it to see if I can see the wheel specs. The wheel is Kraze Lusso.

I don't have it, but I researched it a bunch. I've seen quite a few people go with the VAS or IHC, then switch to the Ridetech for various reasons....squeaking, rubbing, poor ride. One guy had the welds around the LCA break 2 or 3 different times in the same spot.
I'm getting the FP Lowering kit installed on Wednesday, so I can still do 90% of any truck stuff I need to do. I'm pretty sure I've seen you post on one of the FB groups I'm on too.

if you have access to another set of wheels and tires through them on and see of the vibration goes away.
i chased a similar issue but turned out the tire shop did a piss poor job of balancing.
