You dont. Here is what the mirror looks like with the camera. The outside temp sensor is in the passenger mirror. I cant imagine you need to program anything

I would never suggest doing the cat reconditioning drive cycle with a cat that looks like this one. More than one person has lost an engine because of cat failure.

Front coilover springs are selected based on 4wd or not due to weight and have has adjustable shocks also.
