I've been debating between 2/4 and 3/5 I think I'll go with 3/5 after seeing yours.

How is the ride? I've heard Ride Tech is about the best but I've heard some say the rear shocks aren't great either.

Is there only 1 ride tech 3/5 kit? I'll need to look more into that kit but it seemed like it was $2700.
The ride is so much better than the stock suspension. I have no complaints with the Ridetech the shocks (front & rear) have 24 different adjustments (Ridetech has you start in the middle at 12) and I haven’t even felt the need to try anything else.

I would recommend to anyone that is installing any lowering kit to keep the same wheels/tires on there after the installation for a little while to make sure that if there is any vibrations it’s not from the new wheels and tires. That seems to happen a ton.

At my current set up on the rear shackles there’s about 2 inches between the top of the rear axle and the bottom of the bump stops which seems like plenty to me.

There is only one kit but like the other guys have said, wait for a good sale it is worth it.

I bought the traction bars also but I haven’t installed them yet. I wanted to make sure I was happy with the pinion angle before I installed them because I didn’t want to have to remove them if I needed to adjust opinion angle..

I don't have it, but I researched it a bunch. I've seen quite a few people go with the VAS or IHC, then switch to the Ridetech for various reasons....squeaking, rubbing, poor ride. One guy had the welds around the LCA break 2 or 3 different times in the same spot.
I'm getting the FP Lowering kit installed on Wednesday, so I can still do 90% of any truck stuff I need to do. I'm pretty sure I've seen you post on one of the FB groups I'm on too.
Yep I'm in a few groups.
I'm leaning towards waiting for a sale on the Ride Tech.

Ridetech is the way to go, I couldn't be happier with mine. I rode in a truck with an ihc kit and felt mine had a better ride (he's on 20s, I'm on 22s).

No vibration with mine, I'm really happy with it. The ridetech kit is a solid kit and well designed. I saw to many posts of people trying to save money by going with ihc just to switch over to ridetech later so figured I'd just save the headache and start there.
I added the rear swaybar and airbags that Ridetech designed for the kit. They both are excellent additions. The airbags allow you to make changes to the rear height and load capacity very quickly.

I've got the bags but haven't installed them yet. How do you like the sway bar? The truck feel flatter going around turns?

Funny thing I considered removing the block and the composite leaf also. But after installing the ford drop shackles I quickly realized I could never get it low enough to look right.

I just installed the Ridetech 3/5 kit on mine and I think it’s fine (not too low)I went to some take off F150 wheels that are 32.8” tall.

here are some pictures for you.

truck looks great. With that setup did you have any bottoming out issues? Was considering the ridtech and only going 2/4 so I can still do some truck stuff.

I have only bottomed out once and I had my bed full of cases of water to donate to NC hurricane victims. 1,288 lbs of water Besides that NEVER.

I did something similar with mine. I went with a little shorter tire (285/50/20) But really happy with the Ridetech setup.

What kit do you have? 2wd or 4wd? It doesn't look really low like I often see on 3/5 drops.
