I'm still pondering why Ford hasn't unbundled the valve/solenoid from the midpipe assembly. At least they finally quit replacing the whole assembly for a $5 plastic hose connector.

Doesn’t my invoice read like they replaced the assembly? Looks new as well under there.

I think they replace the whole midpipe assembly EXCEPT if it's just a leaking "coolant pipe"

This is the whole midpipe assembly. (the 2 $5 coolant pipes are circled)

Here's the solenoid that can cause the squeak, from what I understand
