The 24's "bars" are in there too now, but the dials look better IMO
This is an example, don't use the value/s

Here's if you play with bars, not worth it IMO, there's another setting that deals with variables in the bars

Is there another setting to show the full 3600?

There's another value for the PCM that might have an impact (I update my posts to avoid long threads so go back a page). I have lots of changes in my APIM so comparing asbuilts in my truck may or may not be useful. You might try making the PCM change and disconnecting your 12v batts for a full truck reboot. Someone else only needed to change the PTTB value, but subsequent updates may have added values somewhere else.

So how are things working out?
Have you tested it or had any other issues pop up because the changes made?

Thank you So much for doing all of this. It has been a big question of mine. Do you have a parts list and what was the price of them roughly?

Once again thank you a bunch. They use some weird words to describe an inverter. That is an amazing price you got. I’m finding it for 500+ from junk yards for the inverter alone. Parts stores are wanting 1200

Take a look at car-part.com, Ford Truck-F150, Power Inverter (Hybrid), frame mounted (rear RH),(converter), ID ML38-14G649-BH.

I see a few on there sub $400. I also asked the yard that had mine if it still had the power outlet box in the rear, so he pulled that as well.

This is amazing! Right after I picked up my '21 PB (in July '21) with the 2.4 kW, my wife decided a TT would be a good idea. I've been searching on and off for proof that the swap could be done since then! Do you happen to have any step-by-step breakdown, videos, etc. of your exact procedure? You've got me ready to get to work!

I didn't get any video and only the pictures I posted. I really isn't that complicated, 4-5 bolts, 2 electrical connectors, and 2 coolant lines.

Discharge the truck, clamp off and remove the coolant lines, remove the grounding bolt, remove the 4 bolts on the inverter, lift and remove. Put new one in, in reverse order. Update a couple codes in Forscan and you're done with the "hard" parts. The bed panel is 4 screws and pops outs.

Cool! I'll be ordering the inverter pretty soon (already have the bed panel waiting in the garage). Then I'll get the software figured out from there. Thanks again for sharing the info!
