Yeah I think we all figured that out pretty quickly. Thing is, it's not intelligent at all. Lol .. It's useless and annoying.

Ford Motor Company “Official Ford Account” is an Artificial Intelligence BOT

Sadly, I don't think it is. I ran some of their posts through 5 different AI content detectors and all of them evaluated it as human-generated with 98% confidence or higher. It's probably just one or more social media "experts" who are terrible at their job.

This is true of many, many humans. Remember the sage words of George Carlin: "think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that". ?

Maybe the AI is just dumbing down so the other bots think it's human.

Even if it is a bot for the initial messages (and not convinced it is) I had good luck with them expediting parts and service when I was having 'challenges' with my dealer last year getting my heat exchanger issue fixed. I would get more updates and calls back from Ford than from the dealership.

if they are a bot or not
when i had battery issues, my dealer was made aware by ford, prior to my call for service
maybe the BOT sends stuff up the line???? as long as it does not replay it has great confidence in the mission DAVE....i am ok

I find that hard to believe as anytime I've seen the FMC "reply" it's like an auto-reply...same message each time and then not a peep afterwards. It's pointless. Can't imagine that a human is employed to do this....send the same reply to every single post on this forum and then crickets forever. LOL.

Same here. It was the initial "handshake" that lead to a case number with a real person at Ford Motor for my heat exchanger problem.

I'm pretty sure that it's a person (or a team) with a script that they're supposed to follow, which is why the majority of their posts look similar. They do tend to "personalize" the messages with reference to the issue when they can. But I suspect that their authority to interact with other users is limited.

I had help from a Ford account on F-150 forum 10 years ago. They pissed off the local dealer because it was getting them in trouble with Ford for something they were already fixing. It is a team of real people and they can escalate to higher up at Ford. The responses are just cut and paste with same messages. Ford has a social media team on multiple forums and Twitter and Facebook to respond to consumers. You'll see very similar responses to all of it but that doesn't mean it's a bot. It's a tech support script.

Think what you want but when I contacted them it worked. They gave me a number to contact Ford and opened a case, assigned me a local field engineer and a loaner. So dont say such baseless BS when you dont know what your talking about, makes it seem like Facebook.
