Same here. More often than not it seems that if I get messages before I connect to carplay but listen to them on car play its when it happens. If I receive the message while connected and listen to it on car play it resets correctly. Haven't found a fix yet.

Ultimately this is the approach I took. Placed the order on Friday with Tow mirrors but more than likely I’ll end up switching to the standard mirrors.

My dealer here in Bozeman just ordered the parts for my truck. Said they were back ordered but we'll see how long it takes.
