Ford pass points take how long to appear in account?

Mine showed up pretty quickly. I would like to use those points to purchase some parts from Ford, but I am struggling with the whole points redemption process. It isn't clearly laid out anywhere that I can find. Any ideas or experience? Thx

I’m thinking you order from Parts or Service department at your dealer. Maybe give the parts or service manager a call... I haven’t tried it yet. I also don’t know the $ value.

My points showed up by the time I drove my truck home from the dealership on day one.

So just for a data point for everyone, my 42k points were just added today.

Mine didn’t show up after 4 weeks so I called the rewards number. They said that the FordPass app had to be activated (which they could see it was) but I had not accepted the terms of service. Turns out the dealer listed a different email address to what I used to set up a Ford pass account. I logged out of FordPass, created a new account with the other email address, then switched back to my original address and the points showed up a day later.

My points have taken anywhere from a few hours to a couple of months to appear, both used and new vehicles. I got 20000 points for a used Focus we recently bought for my daughter and that took about a week.

42,000 points is a value of about $210

What can I do with the points? The only thing it lets me redeem them for is for service. GM lets you buy accessories.

You can also use it towards an Extended Service Plan thru Zeigler.

Update: Spoke to Ford Pass Rewards today. Still no points after March 19 purchase and opening up a case with them over a month ago. Was told it would be handed to a supervisor and I should get my points within 48 hours. We’ll see…
