Yea that was in May 21. I’ve got 24k on the replacement truck and the tow mirrors I regretted not getting initially. It all worked out in the end but certainly sucked waiting on the replacement to get built.

Oh man, I feel your pain. this was my truck that burnt down on the trailer coming out to me. Never got final word on what had happened but always assumed it was the trailer brakes.

So for an update, the first dealership I took it to said that Ford wouldn’t cover it so took it to the other local dealer and they took care of it. Up to 19500 miles now and it seems to be holding up, for now at least.

I’ve had a rattle like something is lose coming from under the truck. Seems to happen more so when the truck is hot and/or I accelerate. Dealer recently checked it out but then told me it must be normal cause they had another truck that did the same thing. Just because they have another truck...

What’s truly bizarre to me is that nothing else is affected, cell service, streaming audio, gps, etc. The CarPlay simply fails and disconnects.
