Rattling exhaust resonator

Anyone else have a rattling noise coming from the resonator? It is most evident when the vehicle is hot. I can hear it when I close the driver door, or if I’m in park and open the throttle to rev up.
Anyone delete the resonator on the 3.5 eco-boost?

I am having the exact same issue when closing the doors or idling. It's the same tin/rattle noise you hear from a hot exhaust after you park the car. Any luck with the repair or delete?

Same issue and i have black soot coming out the seem. So Ford will be replacing mine shortly. Would no surprise me if not a coming recall

Having the same issue, I’m not sure where exactly it’s coming from but your symptoms are exactly what I’m experiencing. Took it to the dealer the other day and was told they couldn’t replicate. I’ll be taking it back again as it’s gotten progressively worse. and thanks to you can now tell them where the issue is.

I’ll be taking it back again as it’s gotten progressively worse. and thanks to you can now tell them where the issue is.

yep that's it and my dealer told me the same thing. going to beat on it for them this time so they can't ignore it.

Your folks called me and all they said was to take it back to the same dealer that was worthless in the first place. Thanks. I guess. ?

I'm having the same issue, dealer says they can't reproduce—even after showing them and they all heard. ffs. I wish the resonator was located in a spot that's easier to delete—might just take it to a muffler shop to weld in a straight pipe.
