Resonator Rattle when warm

Hello - I have a 2024 F150 3.5 and it seems that after any “longer” drive (20 minutes +), I get out of the truck and shut the door and I hear a substantial rattle under the truck. The dealer replaced the resonator. That fixed it for 3 months and now it’s back to the same noise. Is this just a faulty part and there is nothing that can be done? Thank you.

Thank you for posting this! My 2023 F150 3.5 is going to service tomorrow for the exact same issue. Discouraging to hear it’s back after being fixed for a short period of time.

I just wonder if their replacement parts will keep doing the same thing. I guess I could have it repaired once more and see. It worked for 2 months the first time.
