I have a '21 2.7 with 30k (luckily splurged for the 100k/6year) with the same issue. Fluid levels look good but trans basically slips for the 1st 10-30 seconds after a cold start. My local dealer doesn't have a transmission guy, so good times...
It sounds like your slip yoke needs lube—it's a known issue that Ford seems not to care about... I have to lube up mine around each oil change (2021 XLT 4x4).
I'm having the same issue, dealer says they can't reproduce—even after showing them and they all heard. ffs. I wish the resonator was located in a spot that's easier to delete—might just take it to a muffler shop to weld in a straight pipe.
