yep that's what I've been using.

It sounds like your slip yoke needs lube—it's a known issue that Ford seems not to care about... I have to lube up mine around each oil change (2021 XLT 4x4).

And problem solved. PTFE Ford greased the slip axle, and the clunk is gone ?

I'm having the same issue, dealer says they can't reproduce—even after showing them and they all heard. ffs. I wish the resonator was located in a spot that's easier to delete—might just take it to a muffler shop to weld in a straight pipe.

I'm going to grease the slip yoke with some PTFE and see if that solves it, everything is torqued to spec.

Mine's one of the big aluminum single piece guys (has a slip yoke but no carrier). It could be the slip yoke, I hadn't thought of that.
