Any chance you checked the 2nd battery under the seat? Not sure if they are related, but it’s the only other thing I could think of with a battery.

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in again? (the truck's batts, not the charger)

?‍♂

Did that when I pulled it for a bench test.
Haven't pulled the rear battery yet. Maybe my next step.

Have to pull them both to fully reboot the truck. You can disconnect the aux battery via its 4ga cable run in the passenger kick panel if it's easier to access for you. Can't miss the big black connector with red clip on the green 4ga wire running through there.

Still scratching my head on this one.
Diagnostics say there's nothing wrong with the charging system.
Bench test of the battery outside the truck shows it's at 98% SOC and still fully capable of putting out 800+ CCA of juice on demand.
Stick it in the truck and I get this....

Think I'll just get a pre-computer truck and do a resto-mod. Modern suspension, simple EFI system. No fancy computers.

Even my charger shows the battery is pretty much charged up.
Current draw is practically nothing.

Your screenshot shows backup battery in back as unknown. Safe bet you need to pull it and check it out. Or maybe just unplug it for a bit and get everything to reset.

That's the TCU battery of which he does not have.

Thinking about it, perhaps this could be another isolator failing?

RJ check to see if the voltage on your under hood batt and your aux batt are the exact same while parked. Then start the truck and check the voltage on both batts again.

Voltage check on both batteries is good. Both at same voltages. I “rebooted” the truck.
Let’s see how she behaves today.
I have a long drive ahead of me (180 mile), so we’ll see if the SOC improves or not.

Ford came out today to implement the PCM Recall Campaign #24E04 but there was no related DTC and no update in FDRS for the PCM. I guess I must have done it already.

I did have him do the locked BCM update. I noticed no changes other than some recent changes I made on ForScan that probably aren't on PTS yet. Truck seemed to drive the same.
