FDRS - TSB Update not there

Question. I realize this is an F150 forum but I'm hoping someone here might be able to help. I've got FDRS "rented" because I knew that a TSB existed that lists exactly what my issue is (TSB 25-2083).

I had read that the update might not appear at first, that likely there would be an APIM update. Well, no APIM update, no IPC update. I've updated everything that had an update and still cannot get an update for the IPC.

I tried to PMI the APIM and the IPC, no luck.

I was hoping that maybe @Jesse-Infotainment or anyone at all that has more access than me might be able to help.

Ford has updates blocked for many vehicles on Sync 23187 or below (see attached SSM). Even if your truck is on a higher Sync version that 23187, the update may not be there for you. Even with FDRS, you can update only as far as what Ford has avaialble for your VIN. It is very possible that TSB cannot be completed on your truck. Same way it cannot be completed on mine and countless others. My truck is on Sync 24127 (latest is 25094) and I also show no pending APIM, GWM, TCU ir IPC updates.
