Ok. To avoid complicating the issue, never use non dealer ETIS. It will NEVER work. Ever.

Try logging into motorcraftservice.com using your Ford email/password and see if you can get in. If you can, go back to FDRS and give it another try.

Could be a firewall setting on the local machine -- do you have an antivirus not letting it out?

Thanks so much to @Jesse-Infotainment ! Got me quickly sorted out with the last IPC update through forscan and now have fully functioning blue cruise and all other features! Only 3 1/2 weeks and 15 ~ hours of update hell but we are finally out of the woods, thank god for forums and thank you for everyone helping so quickly. Would’ve been a dead end without Jesse’s intervention

Literally. Ford wouldn't have done anything for you because "no fault found".

One thing that has been proven over and over and over, is that when someone moves beyond just bit#&ing and whining, and decides to take matters into their own hands, the success rate is 99.999% on getting the software issues resolved.

A Mongoose and this forum are more than a match for the shortcomings of Ford's OTA architecture, and the failure of the Blue Oval branded service industry.

When that happened to me, I uninstalled the software, rebooted and re-installed it. Worked fine after that.

I want to thank everyone that has shared so much valuable knowledge on this forum and this thread specifically. Between yesterday and today I was able to get all of my out of date modules up to date. I have a 2021 360 assist and not active so I wasn't able to get the cool blue cruise update but at least my camera button works now lol.

What I was left with was the ACM, PSCM, and BCM on the SW Update list. Those updated except for the BCM because of the credentials thing.


My sync version increased to 23291 Rev 1049 so hopefully that means OTA will work from now on.

Those with the 1.4 update, are you seeing animations when you go to change lanes with the blinker?

I have everything up to date. Truck changes lanes but I don’t see the animation nor does it pop up and say a lane change is available. 23 PB.

This only shows if the proper screen is selected. If for example the trip screen is selected I don't see anything.

Ok, so I got FDRS running and got everything except my BCM updated. Then I screwed up. I went to my wife’s 2019 expedition (sync 3) and I ran the updates. Here is where I screwed up. I was getting a coupe of faults so I did a PMI on the BCM. the update completed everything except TPMS calibration. Now the interior lights flash when the car is running and I have a TMPS Fault.
I ordered a TPMS tool on an Amazon and plan to reset the TMPS when it comes in. Will I need a new FDRS license to fix it or can I do it with just the TPMS tool and FORSCAN?

My 2021 is showing new pending updates for both door and seat modules. Nothing I would go pay $50 to do, but FYI for those that do have FDRS and want to knock them out.

I installed over the weekend. No Issues, but I haven’t noticed anything different either. ?
