Everything is working correctly and i was able to clear the DTC with forscan, doesn't seem to effect the camera.Give it some time. IPMA can take a bit to settle down after it's been updated. Is everything working as it should?
I installed this twice today and it still shows in my list.New ACM update available on 2021 (302a) 5.0L

Module Repair function was removed from FDRS according to OASIS message posted on Thursday. Techs are to use standard repair procedures from now on. SSM 52882I recently started this entire project, I have a 21 Lariat I recently purchased that had the gridlocked OTA update, no sync versions, etc, so I bought the Mongoose, 2-day license for FDRS, and made it through most of the modules, saving the APIM update for last. I ran into the same issue as others where the update wouldn't kick off, once it popped up saying the update was downloading, but wouldn't make any progress and was stuck at 0% downloading. I wanted to go the TSB 22-2117 route, but on my FDRS v.41.5.2, in the multi-module, I don't have the Module Update Repair application. Has anyone ever had that happen? I've tried searching for it but have had zero luck finding the module update repair.
Disregard. I guess I should have looked beforehand but when the last service guy told me he updated everything apparently he really did. There were only three updates and Sync was at the latest version of 3.4This is a little off topic and I apologize up front.
Now that I have my F-150 updated I want to do the 21 Expedition. Twice in the last year we have had issue that the dealer fixed with an update and its not under warrantee.
Can anyone point me to a good resource for the Expedition? I want to avoid any know gotcha. I have been searching and found a few groups with a thread or two but nothing like the knowledge here.
Does anyone know what the standard procedure would be in place of the module repair is? Or am I stuck waiting upwards of a month to see if it kicks off? I'm slightly concerned with it because of the update refusing to download/copy over from the usb drive, just getting stuck at 5% after an hour and a half the one time I saw it try to start. I havent seen anyone else mention that problem before here.Module Repair function was removed from FDRS according to OASIS message posted on Thursday. "Some 2021 Bronco, Edge, F-150, Nautilus, and Mustang Mach-E vehicles, technicians may experience an inability to update the accessory protocol interface module (APIM), telematics control unit (TCU), and/or gateway module (GWM) using the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) and Universal Serial Bus (USB) drive. If this occurs, the PTS – Over The Air (OTA) Dashboard may also display multiple APIM and/or TCU updates have failed, and/or a no OTA history message. In addition, the customer may have reported experiencing an OTA software update failure message via the vehicle display and/or FordPass/LincolnWay. Technicians are advised to refer to the appropriate Workshop Manual section for diagnosis and repair of the condition. TSB 22-2404 has been decommissioned and the FDRS Module Update Repair Application is no longer available."
What do you mean it's getting stuck at 5%? FDRS is freezing at 5% writing to the USB? Try another USB. Sync itself is hella finicky on USB drives, never had an issue writing to the USB thoughDoes anyone know what the standard procedure would be in place of the module repair is? FDRS writes to the usb correctly, it's when I plug the usb into my center console usb slot, the screen says it detects the drive, and twice the download will start on the infotainment center, but will freeze at 5%.What do you mean it's getting stuck at 5%? I used a high speed micro sd 256gb inserted in a highspeed reader. 6gb of data went pretty fastFDRS writes to the usb correctly, it's when I plug the usb into my center console usb slot, the screen says it detects the drive, and twice the download will start on the infotainment center, but will freeze at 5%.
I have a couple of questions. On your Sync Check Updates section...does it come up with info on whatever your last OTA was..or does it just say it's checking and it might take a while...and never finds anything?FDRS writes to the usb correctly, it's when I plug the usb into my center console usb slot, the screen says it detects the drive, and twice the download will start on the infotainment center, but will freeze at 5%.
So on my check for updates, it'll think for like 5-10 seconds and then say software is up to date, but displays no other info. For the drive I'm currently using, my partition style is MBR.I have a couple of questions. The USB drive you're using (or SSD?) is the partition a MBR or GPT partition?
