ECU module programming guide using FDRS

I tried to log into PTS to get a 2 day pass this morning and it took me to a page after the first one where you enter the country. When trying to log in, I am told to enter the country. And I get routed to Europe site.

Any ideas or did I miss something?

Edit: FDRS cost is in pounds with 1 day, 1 week, 1 month and 1 year pricing.

The Ford Pass App is getting updated by software engineers in the UK, maybe they took over updating FDRS? That could explain the need for a special log in to update the BMC and the FDRS pricing in pounds. ?

Possible issue with the software that needs to be reviewed on Ford's side before the updates will be released. You have to submit a help request, but it will take a while for them to review and lift the hold. If you only have a 2-day license, it will probably be expired by the time they look at it.

They may not even respond. Once you create the ticket, check the truck in FDRS every few days to see if the GVMS warning is gone and the update(s) are showing.

Have a new APIM showing -- guess the GWM update was ready'n for an update after all.

Also an update showing for the DC/DC converter too

Old: APIM 1049 / 23291 software PN PU5T-14G676-CC
New: APIM 1270 / 24127 software PN PU5T-14G676-EC

DC/DC software went from ML38-14D459-AB to PZ18-14D459-AD which is the same software on 24s that still retain the exact same DCDC

The apim update is pretty new. 24147 I think. Haven’t noticed too much in it. Some of the other 24 OS I’ve played with have BlueZone displays on the navigation map. I didn’t see that on this one.

It's not an OTA yet, in FDRS. You can post in the vin check thread and someone might check for you. Don't waste folks time if you don't have FDRS nor the desire to get it for a single APIM update that will eventually OTA.

We're in the Q4 timeframe of the "update to fix connectivity issues" -- as to if this does anything, well I don't have connectivity issues in the F150 so I'm no help. I have them in the MME but it's not showing up yet.

Well I do have FDRS and a mongoose…… rugedraw and Jessie helped me get my truck updated about 2 months ago. I have about 4 things I didn’t have time to update so I have been waiting on something good to come out where I can finish.
