thanks, weirdly enough my IPC was doing the back up noise instead of the speakers but it didn't update.

i have an IPC-24.2.0 that's been stuck for a week now. i was wondering if disabling the battery for while and reconnecting it would get this update installed. anyone have experienced this? all other updates have installed on their own.

I think it might have worked. I fully charged the battery directly through the terminals. Used forscan to reset bms. Took 3 tries but it reset. So far it hasn't showed any errors but needs more time.
