Send me your vinI was able to connect the FDRS and update some modules. I was able to update DSP, ACM, HCM, BCM, GWM, ABS and APIN (only an update of less than 1GB) Then another, much heavier 13GB file appeared, which took a little more than 1 hour to download. and then more than 1 hour to switch to the USB 3.0 pendrive.
When I want to update this version of the 13GB APIN and enter the USB, the update is in progress appears. do not remove the USB drive and Estimated Total Files Remaining 0 out of 62 files. After spending a while like this, a "USB error" message appears. When I click on it, it tells me "USB error 0. The update could not be completed because an error occurred."
What should I do about this? Tonight the 2-day license expires.
I have photos of the processes in case it is necessary.
i had VErsion 22082 Revision 411 , after first APIN update change to SYNC 4 VErsion 22125 Revision 428.Send me your vin
I was able to update the apin that was missing thanks to you.Send me your vin
Can't tell you what it's trying to push, but here's your updates availableMy truck is very insistent that I have an update I need to do. Can anyone tell me
what it is? Now that I’m testing OpenPilot I’m wary of installing updates.

You have any issues getting the code to access your own connected vehicle data? Last time I had PTS we were having a disagreement on getting me access to owner vehicle information. I got the code emailed to me but website kept rejecting it. ?Just an FYI for everyone is case you didn't know, but I just found this here recently. In case you take your truck to the dealer to get "updated" and are curious what updates they actually do, if any, in PTS is gives the whole history for the VIN of what was done and when. I know it has come up a few times when people takes theirs to get updated, and the results vary at times. Here is a good way to check if you get a 72 hour pass to PTS or have someone check for you.

Case in point above, it's been fun to follow along as my dealer tries to figure out the P0299 code on my new 23.
Ha funny you ask, last few months I've never been able to get my 21 to connect, then just the other day my 23 works right away first try. Then I just tried again right now with my 21 and it connected, so they must have finally got the bug fixed that was causing them not to connect. You have any issues getting the code to access your own connected vehicle data? Did it ask you for code to verify access?Ha funny you ask, last few months I've never been able to get my 21 to connect, then just the other day my 23 works right away first try. Yep, I always got the code, but like you it kept rejecting it or the page wouldn't even load/freeze up pretty much. All seems to be working now.Did it ask you for code to verify access?
There have been instances that I'm aware of where the gateway update and the PCM updates had/have a dependency relationship such that if they are not updated in a certain sequence then it can cause problems. There's a recent case that come to mind, the first being at the beginning of this year when the Mach-Es were all supposed to be getting the new Sync UI, but because of a dependency issue between the gateway and PCM they were blocked from that update appearing in FDRS. Folks who did the PCM update when it came out were blocked from the next gateway update that lead to the next Sync update (new UI). It took the software engineers a couple of weeks in mid-January to push out a corrected gateway update that fixed the dependency so the new Sync UI updates could roll out.Fired up FDRS yesterday to do the GWM equivalent to OTA 4.3.5. Did everything until I got the "Application Finished" message. Performed network scan, GWM update is still there. Rebooted FDRS and tried again, and again the GWM update is still there after performing the update and another network scan.
Anyone else have issues with the latest GWM update? I still have the latest PCM update there that i haven't done because it will erase my tune and I don't feel like dealing with that for an update that means nothing to me. I don't think one thing has anything to do with the other, but strange that the update does not come off.
Sound logic, and I'll get to it. The only reason I haven't done it is because there is no new feature or benefit to gain from either update. There have been instances that I'm aware of where the gateway update and the PCM updates had/have a dependency relationship such that if they are not updated in a certain sequence then it can cause problems. I empathize with not wanting to overwrite your tune. But you may have to take it off and put it back on to get things to play nice with the cloud.
