According to @Jesse-Infotainment post a bit back you’d be correct.Understood, but for me original value was 0200 so 4210 is the correct setting.

Why are these values a multiplication of the current ones when other changes are a direct numerical change instead of a multiplication?Example:
If your current values are 1234 4321 12xx
You would change them to 5244 4321 12xx
Probably because there is a lot of variability to what those original values are dependent on the trim level and options in a truck. In order to set the right bit on for a certain functionality without impacting another dependent on options and trim level you have to add.Why are these values a multiplication of the current ones when other changes are a direct numerical change instead of a multiplication?
I went to the dump, ate lunch and hit Home Depot got home still preparing. Massive update*EDIT* 5 Miller Lites and counting.... This is a MASSIVE update that takes forever! I don't see how this ever could have been an OTA update unless you wanted to wait until 2023 to complete it.
Did you also remove you truck from the FordPass app? A master reset removes all previous connectivity to the app and you will need to go through again and activate the truck in the app just like you did the first time.I couldn’t get Alexa to activate so I did a master reset. Now I’ve lost nearly everything on the Ford Pass app. Horn/lights, securialert, Zone lighting, the software updates section. Any chance these are on a delay since I performed the master reset? I have an FDRS license, but received a notification I was locked out. I guess the master reset created an issue. 1FTEW1EP5MKE79798. Any help would be appreciated.
I did. I reconnected everything and the truck is showing up now, it’s just missing all of the features in the app. Also, I was able to get back into FDRS and my APIM module shows nothing under the software version column. Sync seems to be working fine. I’ll give it a few days and see what happens.Did you also remove you truck from the FordPass app? Just a suggestion, Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ford APP?I did. I have not yet. I will give that a shot this morning and report back.Just a suggestion, Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ford APP?
Well, app is now working, but missing many of the features it had previously. I still have a missing software P/N on the SYNC module and it’s orange when I run a network scan. Any idea how to fix this?Just a suggestion, Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Ford APP?
Not all modules are updatable via OTA, there's a list somewhere on these forums.Sorry if this has been asked in this thread before… Does anyone know if ECU updates will occur via OTA at some point?
I don’t have FDRS so I just had to leave my truck at the dealer for a week without a loaner so they could update the ECU (2021 Lariat 2.7 EB 10AT) to the latest production flash as required in TSB 22-2224 (Driveability: Highway Speed Shudder/Hesitation)… OTA would have been a great alternative to this and then every truck would just have the latest versions of all modules. What is the hold up? Just new tech growing pains?

The missing software version on apim is a common thing, it's something with fdrs. You should ask Jesse to look into your ipc that could be part of your problem.I did. Thank you. I just hope something isn’t messed up beyond a simple software fix. I think the master reset on the SYNC module did it. The only reason I did the reset was to try and get Alexa to kickoff. The missing software version on apim is a common thing, it's something with fdrs.
