No you'll be ok, I'm not sure but it looks to me like you have old ipc software and its screwed up. Jese was able to fix this on my truck via. Remote login to my laptop. Please ask him he knows best.
Yep have been watching that, still "Activation Pending". Just didn't know if it popped up in the truck or somewhere in the app itself. I'm not master resetting again, it's a PITA to set everything up again.
try doing a test on the orange modules. After complete and if they are still orange do a “clear and retest” towards the top. That will remove the DTC’s.I did. I reconnected everything and the truck is showing up now, it’s just missing all of the features in the app. Also, I was able to get back into FDRS and my APIM module shows nothing under the software version column. Sync seems to be working fine. I’ll give it a few days and see what happens.
I agree it sucks. I waited over night after the update to do the master reset to bring ALEXA in. Didn’t have time to complete that after the update.
Thank you. I cleared everything so they are all green now, but I still have no software p/n on the SYNC module. I’m thinking that’s why some stuff is missing from FordPass.

If you mean the opening screen in FDRS after a full scan of your VIN, that's not indicative itself of an issue with the module or the truck. There are trucks that are perfectly configured, functional, and up-to-date and yet FDRS will not render correctly on that screen.
